The goal of our quality, health, safety and environment [QHSE] policy is to actively contribute to the performance and sustainability of Tameer. The management and staff of Tameer Expert L.L.C is committed to:

• Understand and meet the needs and expectations of our client and employees
  
• Ensuring the safety and welfare of our staff and the protection of our assets
  
• Complying with all relevant environments health, safety legal laws and requirements
  
• Periodically review the suitability, adequate, and effectiveness of our QHSE management system
  
• To maintain work equipment in safe state and provide both safe systems of work and a safe working environment for employees and all who work on our behalf

• Strive to prevent any incidents, Occupation illness or exposures which could cause harm to people and damage to properties
  
• Make every effort to protect the environment and prevent pollution, to minimize consumption of materials. To promote re-use and recycling of wastes and adopt best practice on waste management
  
• Strive to achieve continual improvement of the QHSE management system and related performance
  
• We are committed to attaining the world’s most recognized occupational health and safety management system certification by implementing OHSAS18001 standards
  
• Continually analyses and assess risk factors, both physical and social that may affect the safety and health of employees
  
• Recognize that our people are most important asset and provide them with appropriate health and safety awareness to minimize risk of injury or illness via circulars, internal workshops and toolbox talks, as well as external training courses

• Provide personal protective equipment [ppe] to employees when necessary
  
• Provide and maintain first aid facilities and training at all work sites, offices and employee housing areas
  
• Maintain adequate medical records of employees, and provide them access to quality medical services
  
• Creating a cleaner and greener environment by reducing pollution and waste, and encouraging a “reduce, re use, recycle” in our workplace
  
• Monitoring, evaluating and continually improving our environmental management practices to ensure efficient use of resources

This policy will be made, know to all staff continuously monitored and reviewed on a regular basis; we motivate and enthuse our people to actively involve themselves in the policy. To always seek to improve their action and influence the people we work with to do the same.
